The interview process involved two technical rounds and two non-technical rounds. Initially, the first technical interview focused on demonstrating live coding skills and assessing the developer's knowledge in their domain. The second technical interview also allowed for describing experience and showcasing design skills. However, the second part of coding using pure JS felt less suited for a system design interview. Ideally, all live-coding components would be in the first stage. If there are critical gaps, it's better to identify them early rather than proceeding to a second interview. If live-coding is necessary at this stage, it should be at a system design level, involving tasks like defining props for a random component or outlining an application's architecture (folder structure, state management, optimizations). Random JS tasks felt inappropriate for this stage. Overall, the interviews were a positive experience, though the second live-coding round might be a mismatch for the position due to unexpected Codewars-like issues. I was nervous, which contributed. For future candidates, good luck, stay calm, and everything will be fine. The questions are generally straightforward for experienced individuals, making the interview easier. I wish you interesting tasks and a high salary.

The interview involved a take-home coding challenge where I had to build a 'to do' website. They gave me 3 hours to complete it, and the specific requirement was to use either jQuery or ReactJs. While I feel this would have been manageable with more ReactJs experience, implementing it solely with jQuery felt quite difficult, especially compared to using other frameworks like AngularJs.
