Had a phone interview with the HR director to get a feel for the position and company, and to see if it would be a good match. Then, had a phone discussion with the tax director, which involved some work-related questions but felt pretty laid-back. Lastly, I went in for a face-to-face interview. Started by meeting with the HR director, who asked several questions, then met with both the tax director and the CEO.

I applied for this role and heard back from the HR Director who discussed my background and the company with me over the phone. Then, an interview was set up with the HR Director and the department's Senior Leader (CEO) a few days later, after we both decided it was a good fit. The whole process was really professional, organized, and easy to understand from start to finish. Usually, there are three stages: you interview with the HR Director first, maybe with the supervising manager too, and then with the CEO or Managing Partner.

I reached out to the company myself and they got back to me. When I got there, the receptionist made me fill out this really long 6 page application. Then I met with the HR person who was new. She mentioned they have an office chaplain and Bible studies, but said they're not required. Next, I talked to an executive who jotted down a couple of my business development ideas. I asked him how he got his job, and he said they 'had done life together'.

After contracting with the organization, I was approached by the Global Marketing Director about coming on-board full-time. I had lunch with an outside consultant who works with the company and casually answered questions regarding my experience and aspirations. The conversation was open and honest about what I was looking for. I later met with the organization's CEO who is humble, authentic, and genuinely values his associates. After having a great conversation with him, I felt that I could fit in well with the company. The final step of the interview process was a phone call with the HR Director, which ended with a job offer.
