- What are your long-term goals (5 years)?
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses?
Bartender Server
I was invited to the office for an in-person interview where I was asked about my experience. Even though I didn't have a lot of serving experience, the interviewer was understanding. The setting was professional and everyone was very pleasant.
- Could you tell me about your previous serving experience?
Recruiter

- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
CNA
First you'll set up an appointment. Then you go in to fill out an application, discuss the facilities, and bring in all the documents needed for hire.
