The interview was quick and easy. They asked general questions about teamwork and leadership, mostly focusing on my past experiences in the kitchen and looking for good teamwork. They also walked me through what the process would be like and presented several scenarios to understand my thought process.
- What experience do you bring from working in a kitchen environment?
- Can you share your past experiences in the kitchen?

There were two interviews, the first one was with the department manager, and the second one was with the executive director. They were all really nice and got back to me quickly on the phone. It wasn't a super formal interview, mostly just casual chatting. They seemed really interested in me because of my age and my work history, asking about my long-term plans, past jobs, and what I do in my spare time. I got an offer after passing a drug test, accepted it, and then had to do a TB test.
