The interview process went smoothly, though the job posting was a bit misleading. I thought the "engineer" title meant I'd be implementing systems and getting paid more than entry-level, but the job was actually easier than advertised. The interview questions were pretty simple, especially since I was a recent grad with limited experience. The team was nice, but it just wasn't the right fit for me at the time because I was looking for something different.

First interview is a phone call with HR to check cultural fit. If you pass, you go in-person for a technical interview. They don't expect super high technical knowledge for this role.

Super casual hiring process. Started with an email about the role, and got a reply the same day. First interview was a 1-on-1 in Lincoln, NE. The second interview was a 2-on-1 in Omaha, NE. The whole thing was really easy. First interview happened that week, second the next week.

  • Can you tell me about your IT history?
  • What were your responsibilities at your previous employer, which was also a managed service provider?

The interview questions felt like they were pulled directly from Google. They weren't overly difficult, but honestly, none of the questions seemed to directly relate to the job itself. If you look up common interview questions beforehand, it might give you a leg up in the first interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you went above and beyond to assist a coworker?
