I talked to three different people about the job. Everyone was really nice and listened well, but the hiring manager seemed like they were in a hurry. They were late for our meeting and only talked for about 20 minutes before trying to wrap up.

It was pretty easy and fast. They asked me questions about my past work and told me some stuff about the company. The person interviewing me was nice, but I didn't learn much about what the job actually entails.

I applied online and got referred by an employee. Even though I was still an undergrad, I got an interview because they sometimes hire interns for potential full-time roles. However, when I arrived, they seemed unaware of my background, including my student status. Once I disclosed I was in undergrad, their interest waned, and the interview became very awkward. I tried to salvage the conversation by asking about their experiences, but they offered very little in return. It ended up being a 30-minute session of me trying to fill the silence while they remained disengaged. I'm a big fan of Fitzco and their work, and I was thrilled to get this interview, so the actual experience was quite embarrassing.

It was a friendly, positive atmosphere with no tricky questions. I spoke with 2 interviewers who briefly went over my resume to discuss my past experiences. The interview lasted about 25 minutes, and I got the offer two weeks later.
