The interview process included an initial screening call, a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager (Enablement Lead), a 1-hour technical interview with the collaborating manager (Innovation Lead), and a 45-minute culture interview with the enablement team. The talent team led the process, which was quite disorganized with frequent reschedules. One instance included joining a Zoom call where no one else was present because it was actually scheduled for three days later, and I didn't receive any updates until the next day. I was ghosted at the end without any feedback or even a rejection.

1 interview. The questions were recorded automatically. You get 3 tries for each. I was invited for 2 stages: deductive and numerical tests. 18 minutes each. It was funny because the deductive test was harder for me than the numerical one. (12 questions and 10 questions)

It was a quick process, took about 3 weeks. First was a phone screen with the recruiter, then I spoke with a senior CSM. After that, I had a presentation with two people from overseas, similar to what others have posted. I felt good about those, but the last round was with a senior member to go over my resume. She was really rude and condescending, and I ended up defending my resume for over an hour with questions like 'Are you sure you did this?', 'This doesn't make sense', 'why do you have this listed on your resume?'... seriously, who asks that? Everyone before her was great and asked relevant questions. She came in super hostile, either having a bad day or hating interviews, but you shouldn't put candidates through that. We finished with her asking about their biggest commercial challenges, which I obviously wouldn't know. I tried to answer based on my experience at a similar company (a competitor, actually, in the same role), and she said 'that doesn't make sense'. Unbelievable. Also, I had to chase the recruiter for responses multiple times, and they scheduled interviews on days I specifically said I wasn't available. When I asked to reschedule, no one responded, so I had to move my own things around. **CHECK THE PREVIOUS POSTS FOR THIS JOB** They aren't actually hiring but leading people on.

So there were two sets of interviews, a written assessment and then an in person interview. First, the recruiter sent me two written assessments, they weren't timed, just to check my writing. Then I got invited to an office interview. There, I had another written assessment, but this one was timed. After that, I was interviewed by the local Op Risk team members. Finally, I had a virtual interview with the head of research and a senior analyst, who are both based in London. The questions were about current market trends, and you really need to know your international geography, politics, and current affairs well.
