It was a pretty straightforward interview. They mostly wanted to discuss my fitness experience and aspirations. I was asked about my background and what fitness areas I felt qualified to instruct. They also wanted to confirm my comfort level with using a microphone and leading a class.

Worst process ever. They will ghost you multiple times and reschedule. HR has severe communication issues. Interviews are incredibly easy and they don't ask anything technical. I highly recommend avoiding.
