Talent Acquisition Partner
So the interview process begins with a prescreening chat with Talent Acquisition to gauge motivation, interest, and salary alignment. Then, there's a first interview with the hiring manager, which is technical and focuses on role fitment. The next step is an interview with the skip level manager and an HR partner. Reporting Specialist
The hiring process was a bit lengthy with a couple of interview rounds. However, the hiring manager and HR maintained good communication and kept me well-informed throughout. It involved three interviews, starting with an initial screening call from HR.

Demand Planner
I was first contacted by HR for a phone interview that was surprisingly detailed, covering aspects I'd expect in a formal in-person interview. The recruiter was friendly, and the conversation flowed naturally, feeling more like a chat than an interrogation. Next, I had an interview at the headquarters with my potential supervisor. This also felt quite relaxed, to the point where I had to steer the conversation back to my qualifications. It was a comfortable meeting where we both seemed to understand each other's value. The final interview was with my potential supervisor's boss and another person who would work with me indirectly. This round was more formal, with direct questions requiring direct answers. However, the company's overall relaxed vibe persisted. It's important to research the company's history and products before applying.
- What is your understanding of our company?
Product Engineer
The interview process started with a relaxed, casual sit-down with my potential direct manager and his boss. They asked some technical questions about my past work and other more abstract questions, but it felt more like a conversation. I was invited back for a second interview, which had five 30-45 minute rounds with different people across the company, including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing. These interviews were also pretty casual, although each interviewer had their own style of questioning, some more technical, some more general. I think they wanted to see how I'd fit in with the team. It was the most natural interview process I've experienced, and they did a good job of making me feel comfortable.
