IT Technician
Had a really thorough interview process. I went in multiple times and met with a bunch of current employees. I got to ask a lot of questions about the job, the work environment, and what the scope of work is. It felt like they really care about finding the right fit.

Technology Sales Consultant
The interview process started off with some red flags. They recorded interviews without me clearly agreeing to it first, which felt really unprofessional. The whole process was also way longer than it needed to be. The second interview was just a bunch of quick questions, and they didn't really explain the job, what they expected, or where the company was headed. You could tell this was a new team and role because it felt disorganized and unprepared. It seems like they don't have a solid CRM, the structure is lacking, and there's not much in terms of training, which makes me worried about how successful someone would be there long-term. Both sales managers are fully remote, so I'm concerned about the support, coaching, and onboarding I'd get. They also make candidates take a personality test to check for 'culture fit,' which felt a bit much and kind of like a cult rather than a professional setting. The company website was also off-putting, with too many unprofessional graphics that didn't help their image. Plus, a lot of the super positive reviews online seem fake because they all sound the same. Honestly, the role felt like it was set up for failure, with no real clarity or support.
- You mentioned you prefer a supportive company culture; how would you adapt if that wasn't the situation here?

Account Manager
The interview process was extremely time consuming and went for months without answers. They had a 300 question online assessment, plus four interviews and field shadowing. You will need to set aside several months to complete this hiring process and know it will not be an overnight answer from the company. Please read all reviews in detail an be prepared.
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
Account Receivable Specialist
I interviewed here last April. The experience was really comfortable, and they made me feel at ease. Everyone was warm and professional. They were great communicators and friendly listeners. They also gave me a tour of the office at the end.
- What kind of work environment do you prefer?
