Applied online for CSA and RSA jobs in August. Had a phone chat with a recruiter in early September. Then, I flew out in early November for two interviews, one for each position I applied for. A week later, in mid-November, I had a video interview for the third position. The final interview with the VP of the department was in late November. By early December, I was waiting to hear back. Communication was great throughout. They covered my flight and hotel, which were nice. Everyone was really helpful and supportive, making me feel like part of the team even before I was hired. Awesome experience!

So, first I had like a couple of phone interviews, and after I got through those, they wanted to do a background check. Once that was cleared, they had me come on campus to do a one-on-one interview for two different jobs. They mentioned I'd hear back in a couple of weeks about a final interview. Things seemed to be going well, and a week later, they called me for a final phone interview for the CSA role the next Friday. But on that day, the interviewer couldn't make it into the office, so it got canceled, and I had to wait to reschedule. Then the whole process just kinda fell apart. For three months, it was just constant waiting and back-and-forth emails, like every other week. Recruiters kept saying 'maybe next week' or 'maybe in two weeks,' blaming it on not getting the OK from hiring managers or not knowing how many people they needed. In total, it took over 4 months from when they first reached out. Finally, after 4 months and 1 week, I got a call saying the hiring managers decided not to hire me. Honestly, it was a really bad and frustrating experience. The hiring process was the worst and longest I've ever been through. Waiting that long (4+ months) with no real answers and then getting rejected is super unprofessional. If this is how they treat candidates, I wouldn't bother with them again.

The hiring process began with a phone interview where I was asked some basic questions about my motivations. The second round was similar to the first, but this time I was invited to the Canary Wharf office for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by a senior member of the team and someone who is currently in this role.
