Pretty frustrating interview process. Started with a 30-minute virtual chat with the hiring manager, which was pretty standard. A few days later, I had a 2-hour on-site interview with three people. The overall 2-hour interview was alright, but one of my one-on-one sessions was really bad. It was totally different from our virtual chat. I asked some questions, but they were never really answered directly. When I asked how I compared to other candidates, they said I didn't have enough experience. I was a bit confused since I was invited to the on-site after the first call. I asked if that meant I wouldn't get the job, and they basically said no, but maybe for a different role later, you never know. It would have been helpful to know that before I spent 2 hours coming to the office. A lot about this interview made me realize this isn't the kind of leadership I'd want to work with. The interviewer faced their computer the whole time, not me. They didn't ask me any questions and didn't give any useful answers unless I pushed them with three follow-up questions. Overall, a terrible interview experience.

I completed two interviews. The first one went really well. The second interview, with the VP, was really awkward and uncomfortable. The VP seemed aggressive and was looking for very specific answers. They also seemed to expect me to be extremely passionate about inventory management, which was a bit strange. Ultimately, it didn't feel like a good culture fit for me. I got really strong 'bro culture' vibes from the VP.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. First, I spoke with the manager who asked me to talk about my past experience, emphasizing problem-solving. Then, there was a technical coding challenge in JS and React.

I met up with 3 different people from the department. We chatted about the job and what it entails, and my experience to see if I was a good fit for them. After they made an offer, I then linked up with HR for onboarding stuff.
