Behavioral Presentation

The manager was super nice and really welcoming. I was so relieved and happy when he called me within an hour of applying online to invite me in for an interview, cutting down the frustrating job search time for me! He was really quick and went into a lot of detail, not just about the job, but also about their awesome training program and company, telling me all about who they are and what they stand for. "Fun people, serious seafood!" was their slogan he mentioned. I loved it! It made me feel really valued and that they care about who they hire, and it was a great experience for me. He was also very clear about the next steps in the hiring process, promising a call either way, and then he actually called me back just two hours later to invite me for a second interview the next day with the wait staff manager! So excited!

It was easy and friendly. If you have experience, that's all you need. They always have openings, and you get 50% off your food, which is really good. There's a lot of knowledge needed because seafood isn't that easy.
