I had two virtual interviews. First, an HR interview to discuss my background and interest in the role, essentially checking for culture fit. Then, a technical interview with four engineers. They asked about high-level tech concepts and processes from my resume. One interviewer was really disruptive, constantly interrupting me and others, which seemed unprofessional. The company said they needed to hire fast, but then I was ghosted for weeks after the technical interview. It would have been polite to at least get a rejection email.

This company really knows how to waste your time. I was contacted about a year ago for an SDE position. They initially said there would be two interviews, a technical and a final one. However, this ended up being four interviews, and they kept saying they weren't sure if they were even hiring for the role. I went through a lot of stress and had to constantly follow up with no resolution. I dealt with multiple recruiters for just this one job. Honestly, I've never seen a company put in so much effort to waste someone's time and crush their job hopes. Fiserv should be embarrassed, but I doubt they'll care given the current market.
