The interview process had three rounds. First, there was an HR call, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally, an interview with the Hiring Manager's peer. After the interviews, there was a 3-4 week period of no communication. Eventually, I was told I got the job. The regional HR team wasn't very involved since I'm not in the same office.

I applied and about a month later I had my first chat with the manager. It was a nice and relaxed conversation. The next step was an interview with her manager, which also went well. However, I had to wait quite a while to get the offer.

The process initially seemed well-defined. The HR person (very nice and communicative) explained the job needs and what was offered. The first interview was relaxed, and I showed my IT support skills. However, the second interview, which was in English (not an issue before), revealed that the role also involved project management and managing the integration of a newly acquired company, plus another integration due to a merger (M&A) with a third company. This was much more than initially presented, and the required knowledge was totally different from what I was aware of. I obviously did poorly and didn't pass. I agree with the decision not to approve me, but I question if the job information should have been fully disclosed from the start, rather than just presented as Support Manager.
