Customer Service Representative
What stood out to me was the company's clear commitment to their employees and candidates. They provided detailed information about the company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities. It was evident that Fiserv values its employees and invests in their development. Overall, the interview process was smooth and positive, and it left me with a strong impression of Fiserv as a great place to work. Even though I have yet to hear the final decision, I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online and Anne called me the next day. The day after that, I went in for a computer skills assessment where I had to handle simulated in-bound calls with background noise and distractions, and quickly find solutions. Then, I had a 1-on-1 interview with a supervisor doing typical "give me a scenario" questions. I also did a side-by-side with someone in a different department. The supervisor reviewed my resume and my desired hours. HR was supposed to call within 48 hours with a yes or no. I got an offer call and was told to complete paperwork for background and drug testing. After passing, I received the official offer packet. Orientation was two weeks later, and I've been here for over a year.
- Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and explain your approach.
Customer Service Representative
I had two phone calls with people from different states. The first call was pretty basic, they just went over the job description and asked about my salary expectations. The second call was more focused on behavioral questions. Both people were nice on the phone and said I could reach out if I had questions. But when I did follow up, they didn't seem to like it. They never told me how long it would take to hear back or what the next steps were. It ended up taking them 3 weeks to reject me. Makes me wonder about the company's good reviews.
- Can you describe how you would handle a difficult customer?
- What are your salary expectations?
