I interviewed with the IT department manager. He was quite bossy but direct. He asked me several technical questions related to the job. The interview felt tense and awkward, and I got the impression he was looking for a very specific skillset. He didn't ask personal questions, only about my skills. It felt like he was following a script. I didn't hear back directly, but my hiring manager told me the next day that the interviewer wasn't happy with my previous technical experience, so it didn't work out.
