The interview process started with a disorganized phone interview with the recruiter. They seemed unprepared, stuck to a script, and weren't sure about the location I applied for, needing to check with others. The interview was rescheduled, and I got a Teams link for the next one, but no one showed up. I tried reaching the recruiter multiple times via email and text to confirm the link, but got no quick reply. The next day, they said they were busy and couldn't contact me. Another interview was set up for later that week. This one was in-person with three panel members. The questions were pretty basic and didn't seem related to the job. The interview environment felt awkward. For instance, questions like 'How can you handle change in life?' were vague, and the panel mentioned internal company issues, like changing work-from-home policies often. At the end, we talked about the earlier mix-up; the panel thought I was coming in person, while I explained the recruiter sent a Teams link and I tried to confirm multiple times. It was a frustrating and messy process. I was disappointed not to get the job, especially since it was entry-level and my skills are very transferable from my past work.

First a phone call with HR then a zoom/in person with the hiring manager. They ask tough technical questions that you will fail if you don't actually know your stuff. There are usually multiple interviewers who will also assess if you'd be a personality fit for the team.

First, I had a screening with an internal recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The very next day, there was a follow-up interview with the hiring manager's boss. They were pretty communicative until they just stopped responding. I followed up with the recruiter after about two weeks, but never heard back, even after they had initially told me I was a top candidate. It was weird.

I applied, interviewed, and was offered the job all in the same week. It took a few weeks to actually get started, but that's normal. Sunday - applied on Indeed. Monday - phone screen with the recruiter. It was super easy and the recruiter was really helpful with scheduling. He honestly seemed like he wanted me to get the job and join the team. Tuesday - interview with the hiring manager. A pretty standard interview, got to know more about the position and connect with the manager. The hiring manager said I'd moved forward. Thursday - got a call from the recruiter saying I got the job! Offer letter was received and signed by the end of the day!
