The interview process was quick and easy. Most questions were answerable by pulling information directly from my resume. There were warning signs from the interviewer that I should have paid more attention to. The interviewer spoke negatively about current and former employees. This person was experienced and held a senior position at the company. It's surprising that FCS would permit someone like that to represent them. It took several months from applying to interviewing to eventually receiving an offer.

The interview process was quick, awkward and unprofessional. The Proposal Director asked three questions relating to my past job experience and work background. Within fifteen minutes she proceeded to ask if I had any questions of my own, in which I did. While I asked questions about the company, role, duties, training and so forth, her body language and demeanor made me feel very uncomfortable. Particularly, the comment she made on two instances stating whether "I want to withdraw my resume?". The interview lasted about 35 minutes long. Once the interview was over, I literally reached out to her to shake her hand to thank her for the opportunity and her time in which it was not reciprocated. Overall, this interview was a bad experience on my end. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews about this company. FCS ought to rethink about the people they put in place to represent their company.

It was a 3-interview process, but getting info from HR was tough. Teams links often came super late, like just minutes before the interview. Each interview had 1-2 people asking stuff. When I applied, the salary wasn't shown, and it turned out to be way less than I make now. I only found out after weeks of interviews and taking time off. They knew my current title and salary, so they should have known I earned more. This place doesn't seem to value the people doing the main work, paying them like babysitters for complex technical tasks. Not recommending them.

The screening process was pretty straightforward. I spoke with HR first, then the tech team, and finally the hiring manager. Each chat was under an hour. It felt like a relaxed and supportive team. I had some really good talks with everyone.
