Assistant Manager
The interview process was super professional, very thorough, and genuinely a breath of fresh air. Honestly, the interviews I went through were some of the best I've ever had. The team members were so passionate and dedicated, it really reinforced my love for hospitality and made me want to keep growing in my career.
- What unique value do you offer us?
Manager
It was a long process but it was needed. First, I had a chat with a recruiter. After that, I spoke with the Director of Operations. The next step was an on the job interview where I worked in the kitchen with an area supervisor. It was a good interview and very straightforward.
- What is your motivation for wanting to be a manager at First Watch?
Restaurant Manager
The second interviewer was an egomaniac, boasting about his own achievements. He demeaned a subordinate manager during our interview, which I wasn't sure was meant to inspire me. The interview atmosphere was oppressive. When I arrived, the hostess didn't recognize the second interviewer's name.
- Are you capable of performing this job?
