I sent my CV and got a callback within a week. The interview was set for the next week. I had to get ready a presentation about one of the firm's products. The interview seemed to be going okay until I asked the hiring manager about something in the job description. He then started talking about how junior staff could be 'blamed' if they didn't make enough calls or send enough cold emails. The main thing is he used the word 'blame' about 6-8 times when answering. I think this says a lot about the culture. Plus, they have no flexible working policy at all! I got a really strange vibe and I'm glad I didn't get a callback.

It was a really fast process. They asked me to go over my resume, which was pretty basic and surprisingly didn't involve any technical questions at all. Overall, it was a super chill and easy phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. I got a response two weeks later.

interview process started well, responding to online application. However, upon arrival to the face to face the interviewer was candid and swore repeatedly during the interview. Arrangements were made for a second stage interview along with a 'case study' to present back to them. Upon completion of the case study, verbal arrangements were made to come back in a third time to meet the team i would potentially be working with. After this, no further communication was made. I emailed and called repeatedly over the next month or so and as of now, 4 months later i am still without a reply.

The interview process was good and not too long. I interviewed in person at their office with several senior people. We talked about my resume and past experience and why I wanted this job and to work at the company.
