The interview process is a multi-stage procedure used by companies to evaluate candidates for a job. It typically involves initial phone screenings, subsequent interviews (often with multiple interviewers), and may include assessments and reference checks before a job offer is extended.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What led to your decision to leave your last role?
- If you are offered the position, when would you be able to start?

First, they screen your application, basically a resume review done by recruiters or maybe automated systems. Then, there's an HR Interview, a quick call where they'll chat about your qualifications, what you're looking for salary-wise, and your availability. After that, you'll face a Technical/Skill Assessment, which could be coding tests, case studies, or some practical tasks. You'll also have Technical Interview(s) where you'll dive deeper with hiring managers or engineers. A Behavioral Interview is also part of it to check your soft skills, how you work in a team, and if you fit the company culture. The Final Interview might be with senior execs or a whole panel. Lastly, there's the Offer & Negotiation stage, where you discuss salary and get the job offer.
- Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?

Next, you'll have a technical assessment, like a test or coding challenge. Then, you'll have a second-round interview with team members for a more in-depth chat. Finally, there's an interview with senior management. After that, they'll do reference checks.
