I went through three interviews. First, there was a phone chat with a really nice HR person. Then, I had an in-person meeting with three people. Finally, I spoke with a regional supervisor. Everything seemed to go well, but then I heard nothing back, which is okay, but they didn't even let me know if someone else got the job.

I sent in my application and then got a call to come to the HR office for an interview. The office was easy to get to and had lots of parking. The HR person was really nice and helpful. They asked me about my past experience, when I could work, and what hours were best for me. They didn't ask anything about sales or times I went above and beyond in customer service. A few days later, they called and offered me the job. I started two weeks after that and had a week of training. It was kind of boring because I'd been a teller before. I wish I'd had more computer time to learn the system.

I put in my application on the internet. Then I got a call to come in for an interview. I met with HR and two tellers. Everyone was super nice. They gave me all the details about the job, the schedule, and the benefits. The interview took about 30 minutes. No test was given, I think that happens after you're hired.
