The whole process was straightforward and the interviewers were nice throughout. I had two interviews: one with a recruiter over the phone and another with the lead designer. It was a good experience overall.

The first interview was really good, professional and informative. I got a great impression of the people there and felt like I could work with them. In my experience, they set a high standard. I was impressed, but decided not to continue with a second interview because of COVID-19 and because I was reconsidering re-entering the workforce at this time.

The process was really straightforward, but the personnel committee does the hiring, so you interview with them and then the pastor. You might have another committee interview depending on how things go. It was straightforward overall.

The interview was pretty casual and laid-back, which made me feel good about the job and the place. I got to see around the office and chat with some of the team.
