Account Executive
So I had two interviews total, one with the recruiter and then another with the recruiter and the manager for the AE role, and then I got the offer. The time between interviews was pretty good and it was because they really wanted to find the best fit, which I thought was cool. Both were video calls. Once they wanted me for the second interview, things moved super fast. I got an offer in less than two weeks and started about a month after that second interview.
- Tell me about a difficult team experience and how you resolved it.
- How do you handle deadlines?
- How do you perform under pressure or stress?
Account Executive
My interview experience was quite smooth, likely helped by a referral from a strong connection. It was a bit unusual because I received the job offer on the same day as my initial interview. They really valued my 20+ years of experience, and I was very keen on remote work, making it a good match for both of us.
- How would you manage a challenging client?
Account Executive
This was the easiest interview process ever, taking only a week from start to finish. Everyone was really nice and they totally worked around my vacation schedule. Since it's a remote company, everything was done remotely, starting with a phone chat and ending with a video call.
- Can you discuss your experience working with clients?
- Can you discuss your experience working with internal teams?
