The process went smoothly and I enjoyed it. I got the job and my client was happy. We had a slight network issue but it turned out fine. My client showed me the issues on her website and I gave my feedback.

I had 3 interviews over the phone with the same person. They told me a lot about the company's past and present and seemed really keen on hiring me. I sent my resume and references, but then heard nothing back. I guess they didn't even call my references. It would've been nice to get a quick email saying they went with someone else, but I never heard anything else.

I went through 4 interview rounds with hr, vp of accounting, controller and regional accountants. The interviews were fair. The interviewers were professional and polite, and they really wanted to understand if I was the right fit for the company.

This was a really fast interview process because the hotel was understaffed and they needed someone quickly. I spoke with the Regional Vice President, who had a lot of experience in hospitality and made the whole thing feel very relaxed.
