It began with a phone interview and the person I interviewed with explained thoroughly the next step, which was a phone interview with the branch manager the next day. That went well and they invited me to come in for an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, I was offered a job later that day. They kept me posted via email and phone calls throughout the process.

I had one interview with HR before an in-person interview with the Teller Operations Coordinator and Banking Center Manager. Mostly behavioral questions about how you would handle certain situations, plus your experience with banking and cash handling.

It started with a recruiter call, then I had an interview with an engineering manager and a tech lead. The technical part involved two tasks to complete within 45 minutes, not typical LeetCode problems. The questions weren't too hard, but I did want to mention something about the manager I spoke with. I kind of felt like I didn't stand a chance from the start due to the manager's attitude. I was supposed to get the full 45 minutes for the coding interview, but they cut it short with a rude comment at the end.

The first part of the process was an in-person interview where I met each member of the team individually on different days. It was a good, interactive experience. Following that, there were three more interviews conducted via video call. I felt good about them and thought I'd get the job, but ultimately, I wasn't selected.
