So, the entire interview experience was a dumpster fire. I had 11 people grill me from 9 AM to noon, all in one big panel. They all hit me with the same tired questions, which were more about hypothetical scenarios than my actual experience or if I'd even be a good fit. The kicker? They didn't even have a solid job title for the role yet, admitting it would be vague for a while. They asked for my work samples, then just took notes when I suggested something they hadn't thought of, saying the existing ideas were fine. It felt like they were just fishing for ideas with zero intention of actually hiring anyone.

The interview process was seamless due to their very knowledgeable and helpful team, but it was intense meeting with Senior and Executive level management in a series of three interviews both onsite and remote, but I welcomed the opportunity.

I applied for an Operations Specialist role and got a call from HR shortly after. HR asked me typical questions. Then, I was invited to their Springdale, OH office for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The in-person interview went well; they liked my banking background. They mentioned a second round of interviews the following week and said I'd hear back in a few days about whether I was invited. Two days later, I got an email saying I was not invited back for round two. I emailed HR, and she replied the same day that they had chosen an internal candidate who had already started. I was frustrated because if I'd known about the internal candidate, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the in-person interview. I suspect they were just interviewing candidates to meet quotas. They still have other applications I submitted earlier this year, and I haven't heard back about their status.

I applied through Indeed about a month ago and then got a call for an interview. The first call was about 20 minutes and was just to get to know me. A week later, I had the second call, which was the main interview with over 10 basic questions. Two weeks after that, the recruiter set up a meeting for me to meet with some branch managers. I got offered the job a week after that. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and easy to chat with.
