It was a pretty standard interview process. They mentioned it could be more thorough depending on the specific role. I mainly got situational questions. I talked to the director and manager for my department.

It was pretty straightforward with typical interview questions. You could tell if you got the job by the end based on their body language. After hiring, they gave the new employee a tour of the building and introduced them to the different departments.

Behavioral Technical

First I got a phone interview with HR. They asked about my cash handling experience and for an example of dealing with a tough customer. After about 10 minutes, she said I'd hear back. The next day, someone from corporate called to set up an in-person interview at the branch. I met with the branch manager and assistant manager, and they asked similar questions. They apparently liked my difficult customer story. The day after that, the same guy from corporate called and offered me the job. The whole process from the initial phone call to the offer took about a week.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone interview first basically about experience and a few sales situation questions. The in person interview was basically the same. The branch and assistant manager were both present. Nothing out of the ordinary when being questioned.
