It was a good interview experience. I met with several friendly people and enjoyed the process. The HR representative asked very thoughtful questions, and I felt we built good rapport.

First, I got a call to schedule my interview. Then, they emailed me an application to complete. The HR Generalist interviewed me. She was nice and professional. She asked around 20 questions. I didn't get the job, probably because I hadn't interviewed in a while and wasn't ready for the questions. It was good practice for next time.

I had a really good first impression when I got to the interview. HR met me and I filled out an application. Then I met the department supervisor, and she went over the job details thoroughly. It seemed to go well. I contacted the interviewer to say thanks. About a week went by with no response, so I followed up. I left a voicemail for HR, a voicemail for the supervisor, and emailed another HR person I met. Nobody got back to me. I think that's lazy, rude, and tactless. It's fine if I didn't get the job, but they should at least respond to my follow-ups or send a quick email saying 'thanks but no thanks.' It's really rude for a professional organization to have you come in for an in-person interview and then ghost you. I get that they can't contact everyone who sends in a resume, but after an in-person meeting, they should at least have the decency to reply, especially when I followed up. It's just so rude.

This was a virtual behavioral interview that lasted around 30 minutes. They asked me questions about my communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills, and requested specific examples for each.
