People Operations Generalist
The interview process felt awkward and unstructured. There was limited engagement and little insight into the role or team. Communication afterward was poor. I was told I would hear back by a certain date but did not, with no updates in between. Clearer communication and a more organized interview process would improve the candidate experience.
- What draws you to this role?
Assistant Manager
The interview process included three rounds: recruiter, manager, and director. All interviews were virtual and lasted between 30 minutes and one hour. The process moved quite quickly.
- Can you tell me about the goals you were required to meet in your previous roles as listed on your resume?
Bank Teller
So first they gave me a phone interview with the assistant manager of hr. After that, they invited me to come to one of their branches for another interview. This time, I met with the HR manager and the manager of the branch. It was pretty interesting; the HR manager asked me some behavioral questions, and the branch manager asked me about what she expects from me and if that's something I can do. She was very direct, which I liked.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your manager and how you resolved it.
- Are you able to meet the expectations I have for this role?
Member Experience Associate
I applied online through their website. The HR team reached out to me. We scheduled the interview. I had the interview, and a day or two later, HR called with an offer. I accepted and started the onboarding.
- How would you handle different customer service situations?
