For a sales associate role, expect interview questions that delve into your sales methods, your customer service abilities, and your knack for hitting sales goals. They'll likely ask about your approach to sales, how you manage unhappy customers, and if you've done upselling or cross-selling before. You might also get questions on your product knowledge, your views on customer service, and how well you play with others on a team.

I applied online through a job portal and a recruiter reached out about a week later to let me know they received my application and were reviewing it. A few days after that, an initial HR interview was scheduled. This first interview, which is one of three in their hiring process, lasted about 20-25 minutes and was a pretty chill, typical get-to-know-you interview with standard HR questions. They also discussed benefits, office location, and work setup (remote/hybrid/on-site), covering general details not in the job post. They do send a rejection letter, so you won't be left wondering about your application status.

It was a pretty straightforward process. I made it to the final interview and did well. They did ask for a payslip, even though we'd already discussed salary, which I found a bit weird. They didn't end up moving forward with me because I couldn't provide the payslip, which isn't something I can just hand over easily.

First, there's a short exam, and if you don't pass, you can't move on to the interview. The interview itself is pretty basic; they just review your resume and ask for more details about it. Then, there's another exam specifically for the job, which is actually pretty tough.
