I responded to an advertisement and was invited for an interview and an aptitude test. The test was very challenging, but I don't think it's the deciding factor for getting the job. The whole process took about an hour. The interviewers were really nice and didn't try to trick me with tough questions. They asked the usual stuff like, 'Why do you want to work here?' and 'Why are you a good fit for this role?' Just be yourself, be friendly, and don't hesitate to ask for a moment to think before answering.

I had a phone call with first derivatives. They said it would take about 15 mins, but it ended up being closer to 25 mins because of how long my answers were. They started by asking about my studies, then about the company. You really need to research them well because they asked some pretty specific things that caught me off guard. Lastly, they hit me with some standard competency questions.

I had phone chats with HR and the COO, plus some other employees. They asked basic stuff about my schooling and activities outside of class. We also went over my resume and past jobs. There was some casual chat with other interns too. They asked about my interest in the industry and related topics, and also about where I'd like to be located for the job.
