The interview process started with a Zoom call. They asked standard interview questions like "Tell me about yourself" and behavioral questions such as "Describe a time where...". A really important part of this interview is knowing about the company and its software. You should research both thoroughly using news articles and any other available resources. I stumbled on those questions and mentioned to the interviewer that I didn't think I performed well. They suggested there would be another opportunity to address them in the subsequent interview. However, I decided not to proceed further as the workplace environment didn't feel like a good fit for me, a bit too formal. They did note that they seek programming experience from data graduates.

The interview process started with a 15-minute phone call where they went over my CV and asked questions about the company. Then, there was an assessment day which included a numerical reasoning test, a "comp" interview, and a presentation. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable.

My interview process had three stages. First, a casual telephone interview where we got to know each other. Second, a video interview where they learned more about me and asked competency-based questions. Third, another video interview focused on learning more about FD. I rejected the offer because the salary was below market rate, they didn't provide a company laptop initially, and there was a 2-year contract with a potential £5k penalty if I wanted to leave early. I also confirmed some concerns from Glassdoor reviews. They clarified the contract clause about training costs recovery for early termination, stating it emphasizes the 2-year commitment but is handled case-by-case. Regarding bench time in Newry, they aim for 2-3 client projects in the first two years, limit bench time with additional training and sponsored accreditation, and prioritize getting consultants onto projects quickly as bench time is costly. For weekend work, any client request for 'shift work' would be discussed and paid for in advance, and it's rare unless specifically hired for such a role. For laptops, new hires use their own for the first month of training, and then laptops meeting client needs are assigned. A laptop can be issued sooner if requested. My advice: if you have other options, don't work here; better graduate schemes exist.
