Behavioral Technical Case

The interview took place between 2 and 5pm. It was made up of two individual interviews, a group logic test, and a logic/maths test. One interviewer talked about my degree and how it might be useful for the job, while the other questioned me on my financial knowledge. I applied for a job advertised to law students and called the "legal stream", but it wasn't exactly that. I was told by HR that it's basically a financial engineer job, just presented as legal to get more applicants from diverse backgrounds. The group logic test was pretty easy, but the individual logic test was almost impossible.

Behavioral Technical Case Group

It was a 4 stage process, with two face-to-face interviews, a puzzle questionnaire, and a case study, all happening in one day at their offices. The entire thing took around 3-4 hours. There were 3 other applicants there for the case study part.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on their website and was contacted by someone from their head office in Ireland. I had a telephone interview and then an in-person interview. Most of the questions were about what you know about the company and why you want to work for them. There were also the standard questions about strengths/weaknesses. The hardest part was figuring out what exactly the company does because they don't explicitly make it clear. They are more of a placement firm placing you where their clients require.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about the company and yourself.
