Call Center Representative
The interview was quick, around 30 minutes long. Two supervisors asked me questions about how I've handled situations in the past. They also looked over my resume.

- Tell me about a time you dealt with a situation.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Sales Representative
It was a pretty relaxed and conversational interview, we just met up at a local restaurant. We talked about my past work and what the job would involve. They also mentioned I'd need to do a two-week training at their main office.
- Were you comfortable using technology?
Contact Center Agent
The interview process wasn't too tough. I went through about three interview rounds, and one was with the hiring manager. There was also a group interview with some of the senior team members.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to deal with a difficult teammate. How did you handle it to help the team keep moving forward?
