The interview tested my communication and listening skills. They asked some really easy questions and went over the benefits package. Then they asked if I had any questions for them. Overall, it was an easy interview.

I applied for the Teller position via jobing.com. They sent me instructions to apply on their website, but confusingly also mentioned faxing or mailing the application. The next day, an HR Representative called and clarified that I didn't need to fax or mail anything. We scheduled an interview for the following week, which was conducted by the HR Representative and her director. It was a very friendly conversation. I received a call the day after the interview with a job offer.

Easy phone interview with HR then a panel interview. They said they'd have a decision in 2 weeks, they called and asked for references, called the references then NOTHING for over a week. I got a message just over a week later saying they would make a decision by the following Monday then heard nothing until 2 days later. Except for the timeline, everyone was very nice and professional.
