First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at First Community Credit Union (MO).
Financial Sales Consultant
It was an easy process with basic questions. I spoke with HR and someone who might be upper management. We talked about what the job is like and what's expected. They asked about my past job experience and how I handle different situations. Everyone was super nice and friendly.
- Can you describe your previous work experience and how you've handled challenging scenarios?
Customer Service Representative
I went to the Chesterfield, MO headquarters and met with three people. They were pleasant and welcoming, but also direct. They asked me about my background and if I would be open to traveling to various branches for my training, as I had applied for a position at a branch that wasn't open yet in Illinois. The Missouri branches for training would involve a significant commute, but I understood it was only temporary. They wanted to be sure I understood what would be expected of me.
- Would you be open to traveling for training purposes?
- Are you willing to travel to different branches for training?
- Would you be willing to travel to different branches for training?
Bank Teller
It was an open interview where I talked with two associates. I explained why I wanted the job and shared some things about myself. Then, they talked about the job details, the tasks I would learn, and asked if that was something I was interested in.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Are you interested in the tasks and details of the job?
Back-End Developer
I got a call and the interview was on the spot. Did not expect a call and the interview on spot without prior intimation. The overall interview questions were as expected, but prior intimation would have been better
- Front end versus back end development preference?
- Your 3-year career outlook?
