It was an easy process with basic questions. I spoke with HR and someone who might be upper management. We talked about what the job is like and what's expected. They asked about my past job experience and how I handle different situations. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

I went to the Chesterfield, MO headquarters and met with three people. They were pleasant and welcoming, but also direct. They asked me about my background and if I would be open to traveling to various branches for my training, as I had applied for a position at a branch that wasn't open yet in Illinois. The Missouri branches for training would involve a significant commute, but I understood it was only temporary. They wanted to be sure I understood what would be expected of me.

I got a call and the interview was on the spot. Did not expect a call and the interview on spot without prior intimation. The overall interview questions were as expected, but prior intimation would have been better
