It took about a week for the whole process from application to training. It included an interview, drug test, background check, another interview, and then training. The first in-person interview is usually just you and the hiring manager. They'll ask about your past experience, skills, when you can work, and what the company is looking for.

The process was easy, but the background check took three weeks to come back. Then I had to do my drug test twice because the form got lost. I've never had that kind of issue before getting hired.

I applied and heard back after about two weeks. First, I had a phone interview. Then, for the in-person interview, I met with an accounting supervisor and a manager. They asked basic questions about me. Since they seemed to like me, I then met with their CFO and another person whose title I don't recall. This part was more like a conversation, trying to get a sense of my personality and see if I was a good fit. I really liked this part because it was different and showed they genuinely care about the people they hire. I got a call a week later with a job offer, but the salary was much lower than other offers I had received for similar roles and company cultures, so I had to decline.
