Got introduced to this job by an ex-colleague who referred me. The interview was pretty quick since they really wanted me to join them fast. The interviewer was really pushing for me to take a big pay cut and sign a three-year contract, which also included a penalty of two months' salary if I decided to leave for another job. They told me about the company and mentioned that I'd need to clock in daily using a time card, much like you'd see in retail.

You will meet with the department head first, then you will meet with the director and manager. The interviewer mentioned that they are accepting candidates without prior experience in this role. However, this job is not offering visa sponsorship and they are looking for candidates who are permanent residents. Therefore, it would be best if you have another visa that allows you to continue working in this job.
