First, there was a phone call interview. A few weeks later, I was asked back for a couple-hour-long interview process with different teams. I interviewed with them for 30 minutes each before moving to the next one. This included one-on-one interviews as well as panel interviews where more than one person per team was involved. I heard back a few weeks after that with an offer.

A recruiter called me first to check my resume. Then it took a month to get the first screening with the hiring manager. After that, there was a final 3-hour interview with four people, including the hiring manager again. Most questions were technical, and I answered them. The feedback was they wanted someone with more business experience, even though there were no business questions asked and no business people involved in the interview.
