The interview was pretty chill. First up was a 30-minute chat with the HR Manager. After that, I met with the head of the department for an hour. They mainly wanted to get a feel for who I am, my background, and my experience, basically seeing if I'd fit in and why they should bring me back. The second interview involved meeting with the actual team, where they asked me questions and gave me plenty of time to ask them about the team, the job itself, and the company.

The interview process included a chat with HR and the hiring manager. I was asked some basic interview questions like 'tell me about your education, work experience' and also behavioral ones like 'tell me about a time when...'. After the interview, I did a couple of assessments. One was to solve an HR problem, and the other was a grammar check on a document.
