It started with a really good, long chat with the recruiter. After that, I met with the local area manager and we had a good talk too. That was over a month ago. I've emailed the hiring manager twice since then, but haven't heard back. I still don't know if I got the job or not. Kind of unprofessional, honestly.

The interview process really focused on how well I could multitask while counting money. They'd try to chat with me while I was counting and then hit me with basic math problems that I couldn't use a calculator for. All this happened while they were throwing personal questions at me, trying to see how I'd perform under pressure. It actually turned out to be good training because now when business owners come in at the end of the day and want to talk forever, while there are people in the drive-through, I know how to handle it. I can talk to them, count their money, and still help the person at the drive-through.

Had 3 interviews total. First was a phone call with the recruiter. The second was a phone call with the hiring manager and another analyst from the team. The third interview was in person at the HQ (this was pre-covid) and included several people I'd be working with on the team. All in all, a pretty standard interview process.

I had a call from HR on a Wednesday, just as it started raining. Then, I had an in-person meeting with both managers. We discussed things, and it seems like a good fit. They offered me the job. Trying to reach the character limit here.
