The interview process was pretty straightforward and quicker than at other places. It went from Recruiter -> Hiring Manager -> Peer panel -> Executives -> Decision. No weird or difficult questions. The Execs were interested in what I thought were easy wins. The other interviews were more in-depth, and for me, that included some technical aspects, but they were still fairly simple and mostly behavioral questions.

For this entry level role, they train you for a week with an experienced customer service rep, so no experience is needed. It's basically easy to get a job here, but a difficult job to hold onto, the stress is real.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first part was a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter that was mostly about my experience. It was a polite and easy interview. The second part was a 1-hour video call with two sales managers. They asked a lot of scripted sales questions, and the managers didn't seem very engaged; one of them kept looking at her phone.
