Project Manager
The interview process was quick and painless. It was easy going with basic questions, no problems. There was a telephone screening followed by an interview in person. The questions weren't about projects but focused on interpersonal skills and how to engage people.
- Tell me about your most effective way to get project support.
Collections Specialist
I interviewed with the VP and supervisor. They explained the job and left the room for questions. The VP kept emphasizing that I was applying for a specialist role with no room for advancement, repeating this at least three times. They also mentioned that a bonus, which everyone receives except for two employees who missed one month over the past year, would bring me closer to the salary I was asking for. I was always taught not to calculate bonuses with salary because they aren't guaranteed, but after hearing it so many times, I asked more questions about it since it's clearly part of the compensation. I was told it's possible for me to make close to the supervisor's salary but probably not because she has been there a long time. MY THOUGHT IS YOU ARE NOT MAKING SENSE, YOU STATE THAT IM APPLYING FOR SPECIALIST AND THAT THERE IS NO ROOM TO GROW IN THAT DEPARTMENT. So why the comparison with the supervisor? They also don't call you back when they say they will.
- Could you handle calls that have been escalated?
Risk Analyst
I had a phone screen, and then an in-person interview with the supervisor and the director. It felt like a complete lack of respect. After the interview, I never received any feedback, despite phone calls and emails. After over 30 interviews with other companies, this is the first time a company hasn't responded after the interview with a yes or no regarding next steps.

Analyst
The manager asked me some basic questions. She seemed nice but talked too much and kind of overstepped. She asked how I get along with other people, which was a bit odd. She mentioned she didn't want to go over all my previous experience since it's on my resume.
- What are your thoughts on a hybrid schedule with rotations?
