Associate
It's so frustrating that there's been no update after the final interview. I went through a device/computer specs check, two to three interviews, and one timed assessment (it wasn't too hard though). The whole thing took me about three weeks. Then during the final interview, they said it might take weeks for an email or update—but still nothing. The least they could do is give feedback or some kind of response so applicants don't keep hoping. Suddenly ghosting like that feels so unprofessional. It completely undermines what they claim to stand for.
- Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Corporate Trainer
The interview process took about a month. No feedback email was sent, which was disappointing as some response would have been useful for improvement.
- What was the reason for leaving your last job?
Property Preservation Specialist
There was an assessment test before talking to anyone, maybe for personality and coordination. It also assessed my understanding of the position. Couldn't even introduce myself to talk more of anything. I didn't really like that concept.
- What is P260 and how can it assist you in helping your client.
Administrative Associate
I applied online for an Administrative Associate role at First Allegiance. After submitting my resume, I exchanged emails with the recruiting team and had a phone interview within two days. The phone interview went well, and the hiring manager then arranged an in-person interview. I went to the office the following week and met with the hiring manager. The office staff offered me drinks and snacks while I waited. We spoke for about 30 minutes about the company and its teams. She mentioned I would know by the end of the week if I got the job.
- Can you share some positive feedback you received from your manager during your last performance review?
