Program Officer
This job took about 3 months from application to offer. There were 2 rounds of interviews. HR and admin were super helpful and kept me updated.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Finance/Accounting Position
First had a phone interview with hiring manager. I was then asked to come in for a panel interview. In-person interview was rescheduled 5 times, each time I accommodated their change in time. Panel interview consisted of 3 people. I never heard back after interview. I reached out to hiring manager and they either ignored my email or chose not to respond.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Research Analyst
I had a phone screen with one staff member, and then about a month later, I did a face-to-face interview with a panel. They asked about my skills in the phone screen and situational questions in the in-person interview. They said I'd hear back in about a month, but I never did.
- What makes you want this job?
Administrative
First there was a phone screen and then I went in for an in person interview. They got back to me in a few weeks and let me know what was going on. The people interviewing me were really nice but they asked a lot of technical questions to see what I knew.
- What is your biggest weakness?
