- Describe a time of high pressure and how you handled it.
Manager
The interview process was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Scheduling interviews took a very long time, and there was a lot of radio silence between interviews. I had to push them for responses since I was exploring other opportunities. Several interview rounds went very well, and they even confirmed via email that they were impressed. However, they took so long to get back to me after the final round that I ended up accepting another offer. I'd caution others to be careful about working here because they seem very dysfunctional.
- Can you share your experience within this industry?

Then, phone and video calls, followed by a business case with area managers and leaders from departments that interact closely with this role.
