It started with a recruiter call from an outsourced HR, then a second interview with the direct manager and internal HR. During the interview, it's good to understand the company's role and, especially, the difference between aroma and perfume.

Behavioral Technical

Had a long phone interview with a future manager about an apprenticeship. He asked about my technical skills and how I thought this job might help me grow generally. He also asked a lot about the company's history. We talked about my hobbies and passions outside of work, and about potential future learning projects. It would have been helpful to have an in-person meeting before starting. An external organization handles the hiring of part-time and intern employees, which was a very negative experience.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The recruiting company did a video call interview, asked for a video in English, and an online test. The in-person interview at the company was with an HR manager and the actual job manager. The recruiting company had given a very shallow description of the vacancy, so the manager had to explain in detail on the interview day, including a very unmotivating speech and an arrogant attitude throughout the entire interview. After the interview, a representative from the recruiting company contacted me to ask how the interview went, and in the end, I didn't get any response from the company.
