The Zoom meeting was quick but professional. I would have preferred a phone meeting for the first interview. Other than that, it was fine, but I was surprised not to get a second interview since my experience seemed to be within the required range.

I had the interview with the safety technician outside the company, in another nearby establishment. It is necessary to know the right questions to get the answers you need from the candidate. In addition to the obvious questions about career and professional experiences, there are others that help the recruiter. This way, it is possible to better understand the professional who is applying for the position.

The interview process was smooth and the hiring was quick. It was conducted through an external consultancy but with support from internal HR. The first contact was via WhatsApp to schedule an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the Manager, and I was always kept informed about the process.

It was pretty unorganized. If you knew someone, you could get in. Selling tires and pushing alignments are key. Sometimes, you might have to pay even if not needed. So, yeah, a job is a job, but I'm glad I left. Met a lot of great techs, which made the job fun though.
